09/22/2026 California Pines Planned Shut Down
DOWC will be installing several valves as part of the tank replacement project in the California Pines districts. Customers may see field crews in and around the area working on this project. On Tuesday 9/22/26, DOWC will be shutting down a portion of main line in order to install these valves. Customers directly affected will be receiving a notice on their doors on Monday 9/21/26. There is also a list of addresses in the Planned Shut Down Notice Below. All customers in the district may experience cloudy or “dirty” looking water. We urge customers to flush their lines for several minutes before use. Should the issue continue, please call our office at 530-717-2511. Planned Start Time – 9am
