REMINDER—
Effective today, Thursday March 19, 2026 through Sunday April 12, 2026 the annual canal outage has begun. During this time, surface water deliveries from the canal will be unavailable. DOWC will continue to supply water using treated groundwater wells and storage to meet customer demands.
Schedule 14.1 Stage 3 Water Restrictions Are In Place
1. Outdoor Irrigation Restrictions
Irrigating ornamental landscapes with potable water is limited to no more than three (3) day per week as follows:
a. Customers with even-numbered addresses may irrigate on Saturday, Tuesday & Thursday
b. Customers with odd-numbered addresses may irrigate on Sunday, Wednesday & Friday
c. Hand and drip watering may be done at any time.
2. Irrigation is prohibited during the hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
DOWC is monitoring usage with its Badger AMI Program and will notify customers to check their watering schedules. Please follow the Stage 3 watering schedule.
