Treatment Plant Painting Project
Our upcoming treatment plant painting project is designed to protect critical infrastructure, improve safety, and support long-term operational reliability. This work goes beyond standard painting—using specialized coatings and proven methods to withstand the demanding conditions found in treatment facilities.
The project will begin with a thorough assessment of all surfaces, including tanks, piping, structural steel, handrails, and buildings. To ensure proper coating performance, crews will complete detailed surface preparation such as pressure washing, abrasive blasting, and removal of existing coatings, rust, and debris.
Following preparation, high-performance industrial coatings will be applied. These include corrosion-resistant primers and durable topcoats specifically selected to handle moisture, chemical exposure, and temperature fluctuations. Areas exposed to harsher conditions will receive coatings tailored for maximum protection.
Safety remains a top priority throughout the project. All work will follow strict safety standards, including protocols for confined spaces, fall protection, and material handling. The project will be carefully scheduled in phases to minimize any disruption to plant operations.
In addition, portions of the project may include color-coding of pipes and equipment to improve system identification, efficiency, and workplace safety.
This investment helps extend the life of our infrastructure, reduce maintenance needs, and ensure continued reliable service for our community.
