REMINDER—
Effective today, Thursday March 19, 2026 through Sunday April 12, 2026 the annual canal outage has begun. During this time, surface water deliveries from the canal will be unavailable. DOWC will continue to supply water using treated groundwater wells and storage to meet customer demands. DOWC is monitoring usage with its Badger AMI Program and will notify customers to check their watering schedules. Please follow the Stage 3 watering schedule.
