Third Party Payment Processing
Del Oro Water advises customers not to use third-party websites or apps, such as DOXO, for payment. These sites charge a fee to customers for sending us a payment, and payments have taken 15-20 days to reach Del Oro. Del Oro is not affiliated with these sites, and cannot take responsibility for third-party payments in transit.
When making a payment online, always start at www.DelOroWater.com and click on “Login.” (You should see Del Oro’s logo.) You can also call us to make a payment by phone, send in a check or money order, or use your bank’s Bill Pay service. Bank Bill Pay checks may take up to ten days to reach Del Oro.
