Del Oro Water Company is seeking a full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in CHICO, CA

Candidate Qualifications:
- Competent/experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to answer phone calls in a call center environment
- Handle a wide variety of clerical duties
- Able to deal with a wide-range of personalities in a professional manner
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Have minimum 2 years experience in a similar or related position
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Chico, CA area and have reliable transportation
- Pass a drug test

Salary/Benefits:
- This is a full-time salaried position, negotiable depending on experience.
