January 10, 2024 Mainline Break

11:00 am: Personnel are en route to repair the mainline and to distribute Boil Water Notices to affected customers.

January 5, 2024 Mainline Break

4:20 pm: Personnel are en route to repair the mainline and to distribute Boil Water Notices to affected customers. Estimated restoration time is 7:00 pm, 1/5/2024.

3:20 pm: The nearest mainline valve is uphill from the site if the break. Therefore, the shutdown will affect the following areas:

  • From 505 Oakwood and below
  • The lower Pine Flat Village area, including:
    • Capinero
    • Cedarbrook
    • Fern
    • Green River
    • Old Crow Trail
    • Pine Dr
    • Rabbit Creek Trail
    • Spring Walk

When service is restored, the areas affected will be under a Boil Water Notice.

3:00 pm: Tulare County’s contractor broke Del Oro’s mainline while working on the east side of the Capinero Creek Bridge. Del Oro has personnel on the way to assess the situation, and more information will be posted when available pertaining to any possible emergency shutdown.
