Emergency Mainline Replacement Project
Emergency Mainline Replacement Project
Del Oro Water is undertaking an emergency replacement of a water mainline to address a critical issue affecting system reliability. This work is necessary to repair or replace aging or damaged infrastructure and to ensure the continued delivery of safe, dependable water service to our community.
Adrain Court Mainline Project
This project involves 650 lineal feet on Adrian Court where crews will be removing the existing section of water main and installing new, durable piping designed to meet current standards. Crews will work as quickly and safely as possible to complete the replacement, including excavation, pipe installation, testing, and restoration of the work area.
Skyway Mainline Project
This project is due to a catastrophic failure during a hillside erosion after the CAMP Fire. Crews will be replacing the water mainlines that brought water from Paradise Irrigation District to the Paradise Pines District overland parallel to the Skyway. The main line will be relocated along the Skyway in the margin of the road.
Due to the urgent nature of this project, work may occur on an accelerated schedule and could include extended hours. Residents and businesses in the immediate area may experience temporary impacts such as reduced water pressure, brief service interruptions, or traffic disruptions near the construction zone.
We are committed to minimizing inconvenience and will restore affected areas promptly once construction is complete. Customers will be notified in advance of any planned service interruptions whenever possible.
